The applicant described below (“the Applicant”) hereby applies to the
Government of the Republic of Singapore for the above land parcel (“the said
land”), which is shown on the Reserve List of Sites, to be put up for sale by
public tender.

On the basis of the draft Conditions of Tender and Technical Conditions of
Tender published for the said land, the Applicant offers to pay the amount
stated above as the minimum price (“the Minimum Price”) for the purchase of
the said land.

The Applicant understands that the acceptance of this application, if successful,
will be subject to and agrees to comply with the following conditions :

the Applicant signs an agreement to undertake to tender for the said land
at a price not lower than the Minimum Price; and
3.2
the Applicant pays a deposit equivalent to 3% of the Minimum Price as
an earnest of the Applicant’s intention to tender for the said land provided
that where such 3% exceeds $5 million, the deposit payable shall be $5
million only.
The Applicant agrees that if this application is successful and the Applicant
satisfies the conditions mentioned in paragraph 3, the Government and its land
sale agent for the said land may disclose to the public the Minimum Price
offered for the said land in this application, but not the identity of the Applicant.
