NOTE:
(1).
The officers at Sl. Nos. 138 to 147 shall not be entitled to T.T.A./ Joining
Time as their transfers have been ordered prematurely on their requests on account of
their compelling and exceptional circumstances.
(2).
The officers at Sl.Nos. 138 to 139, 142 to 147 shall be posted to non sensitive
charge for a period of one year and officers at S. Nos. 140 & 141 shall be posted to non
sensitive charge for a period of two years since they have been prematurely transferred
on account of their compelling and exceptional circumstances.
(3).
Shri Pirveen Kumar Sharma, , Ms Ambika Joshi, Shri Murari Lal Mistri,
Shri P.K. Dixit, Shri S. K. Shah, Shri Sanjay Kumar Arora, Ms Tanuja Upreti,

Shri Rahul Singh, Shri Vijay Singh Pal, Shri Adesh Kumar Verma, Shri Praveen
Sharan (All from Meerut-I Commissionerate), Shri U.C. Khandpal, Shri Deepak
Joshi (All from Meerut-II Commissionerate) would be granted stay in their present
Commissionerate for a period of one year in terms of Para 1.2.1 of the Transfer &
Posting Policy of Group ‘B’ Officers In Customs & Central Excise Zone, Meerut. They
shall be posted to non-sensitive charges only for the period of one year. Shri Tanuja
Upreti (Meerut-I Commissionerate) has been given stay for the eighth year on
exceptional medical circumstances.
(4).
Sh. Alok Kumar Sharma (Meerut-I Commissionerate), Shri Diwakar Singh
Bist, Shri Sanjay Kumar Rana (Meerut-II Commissionerate), Shri Prashant
Kumar Srivastava, Shri R. K. Singh, Shri R.P. Pushkar, (All from Noida
Commissionerate) and Shri Deependra Kumar Saxena, Shri Sudhir Kumar
Tomar (Ghaziabad Commissionerate) would be granted stay in their present
Commissionerates for a period of one year in terms of Para 1.5 of the Transfer &
Posting Policy of Group ‘B’ Officers In Customs & Central Excise Zone, Meerut as
their children will be appearing in Board exams during the academic session 20122013. These officers shall be posted to non sensitive charge for a period of one year.
The Commissioner is requested to furnish certificate with documentary evidence
regarding genuineness of the cited ground within one week.
(5).
Shri Ashok Kumar Tiwari (Noida Commissionerate) would be granted stay
for one year on medical grounds. The officer shall be posted to non-sensitive charge for
one year.
(6)
The officers posted or given stay subject to condition of allocation of nonsensitive charge during the specified period of one year/ two years, as the case may be,
will not be given sensitive charge as additional charge during the said period.
(7)
All the above officers shall be relieved from the respective charges latest by 4th
May 2012 and a compliance to this effect may be sent to this office 7th of May 2012.
Proper handing over / taking over of the charge should be ensured by the controlling
officers before relieving of the officers.
(8)
Further rotations of these officers within the Commissionerates should be done
as per existing Transfer Policy. Deviations from the norms, if any, should be made only
after the prior approval of the Chief Commissioner, Customs, Central Excise & Service
Tax, Meerut Zone, Meerut.
(9)
With the issues of above order all the representations in the grade of Inspectors
stand disposed off.
(10) This issues with the approval of the Chief Commissioner, Customs, Central
Excise Service Tax, Meerut Zone, Meerut.
