RESEARCH INVOLVEMENT Dr Maimunah Sapri has involved for research on the facilities management (FM) area since year 2000. Her first funded research was on identifying customer requirement in the identification of catering services within university. Since then she actively has drawn in FM research which focus on energy management for commercial building. In addition, she explores and integrates FM research with GIS application. Her most contribution in FM research was on developing performance criteria in the evaluation of higher education facilities where it being conducted during her PhD study.
