MAST AND SUBSTRUCTURE:
Full Circle Trailer Type Rotary Drilling Rig Components designed for drilling and work over
service of oil and gas wells with 358,000# static hook load rated capacity.
Design and Construction Criteria
The rig is designed in accordance with API Spec. 4F and 8C latest revision and all
construction will be in accordance with API recommended standards governing
fabrication, welding, coating, storage, etc., of land drilling rigs and including AWS, AISC and
SSPC specifications.
Quality Assurance
Full Circle manufactures the drilling rigs and related equipment. The rigs and related
equipment are fully controlled and tested in accordance with API recommended standards and
client specific requirements.

Telescoping Mast
One (1) Full Circle mast made of high-grade steel and consisting of:
 Four legs, open face, two section telescoping mast;
 Mast lower section pivots upon an adjustable frame for better positioning of mast when
extended;
 Lock control at mast base;
 Main mast legs made by high strength steel;
 Raising and lowering of mast by means of hydraulic jacks with built-in safety device;
 Telescoping of mast upper section by means of one hydraulic jack;

 Automatic safety locking system in case of failure in the hydraulic system;

The lower section of the substructure is equipped with rails and trolley to facilitate the sliding of
BOP to the well centreline;
 Rat hole and mouse hole;
 The rotary table is flush with the working floor; 27.5” inline
 Two (2) stairways from drill floor to ground level

 One (1) set of handrails
 Our supply includes two (2) steel skids to be placed below the semi trailer levelling jacks
 The guy-lines back of the mast are fixed to the front end of the semi trailer and counterweighted
with a special tank clamped to the semi-trailer. This tank, when
filled, furnishes cooling water to the drawworks and hydraulic brakes by means of a centrifugal pump
(the tank and pump are optional and not included in this quotation);
 Guy-lines with tightening clamps will be supplied;
