Attachment One Addendum Two RFP-GM-70458 Additional Modifications to RFP-GM-70458, Exhibit A, COLORADO SPRINGS UTILITIES PURCHASE SPECIFICATION FOR 115/13.2kV, 20 MVA THREE PHASE MOBILE SUBSTATION The following additional modifications are made to the above specifications: 1) Change 5.9.30 From: “The LTC compartment shall be equipped with a thermowell as shown in Figure 4 of ANSI/IEEE C57.12.00-2000. A 100-Ohm platinum RTD shall be provided as an input for the Advanced Power Technologies TTC-1000 Transformer Temperature Monitor (here after TTC-1000) described in section 5.10.5. The Monitor shall be used to measure and provide alarms for LTC/Main Tank temperature differential.” To: “The LTC compartment shall be equipped with a thermowell as shown in Figure 4 of ANSI/IEEE C57.12.00-2000. A 1000 Ohm BALCO RTD shall be provided as an input for the Advanced Power Technologies TTC-1000 Transformer Temperature Monitor (here after TTC-1000) described in section 5.10.5. The Monitor shall be used to measure and provide alarms for LTC/Main Tank temperature differential.” 2) Change Paragraph 5.10.4 From: “The transformer shall be equipped with two (2) top oil temperature thermowells, and one bottom oil temperature thermowell as shown in Figure 4 of ANSI/IEEE C57.12.00-2000. One of the top oil thermowells and the bottom oil thermowell shall be capped, as spares. The remaining top oil shall be equipped with a 100 Ohm platinum RTD. An ambient temperature sensor shall be provided, equipped with a 100 Ohm platinum RTD. This sensor shall be located in an area that is not subject to direct sunlight, radiated transformer heat, or electrical heat. Hot spot CT's shall be provided on all three phases of the XV bushings as noted in the CT requirements. The above temperatures and currents shall be provided as inputs to the TTC-1000 Transformer Temperature Monitor as described in section 5.10.5. The MANUFACTURER shall be expected to work with UTILITIES and Advanced Power Technologies to properly apply and set up this monitor. The application and component list must be approved by the UTILITIES’ MAINTENANCE ENGINEER.” To: “The transformer shall be equipped with two (2) top oil temperature thermowells, and one bottom oil temperature thermowell as shown in Figure 4 of ANSI/IEEE C57.12.00-2000.
