Planned and executed transitions from bare-metal systems to VMWare-based data center

Telnet, FTP, and HTTP to encrypted/secure protocols like SSH, SCP/SFTP, and HTTPS.
Converted a static, inconsistent web site to one that used a consistent design with dynamic
content that could be maintained with the Mason-CM Content Management System.
