DIRECTIONS TO NYIT MANHATTAN CAMPUS FROM AIRPORTS By public transportation: The Eighth Avenue (A and C trains), the Sixth Avenue (B and D trains), and Broadway (1 train) lines stop throughout the day at Columbus Circle, a half-block south of the Manhattan campus entrance. They stop at NY Penn Station for those traveling into Manhattan via the Long Island Rail Road, Amtrak, or New Jersey Transit. For those arriving at Grand Central Station via Metro North Railroad, take the No. 7 train or the S train (Grand Central-Times Square shuttle) to Times Square-42nd Street and transfer to an A,B,C,D, or 1 uptown train to Columbus Circle-59th St. From JFK International Airport (JFK), take the AirTran to Jamaica Station ($5 fare). From there, walk to the subway entrance on the ground level at Sutphin Blvd/Archer Ave and take the E train towards World Trade Center to the 7th Ave stop. From LaGuardia Airport (LGA), several city bus lines link LGA to the NYC subway with free transfers provided for Metrocard users making subway connections. One of the quickest options is to take the Q33 bus from Central Pass Terminal to Roosevelt Ave/82nd St, transfer to the 7 Train and take it to Times Sq/42nd St. stop, then transfer to the A train and take it to 59th Street-Columbus Circle. From Newark Liberty International Airport (EWR), take the AirTran to Airport Station, where you can connect to a NJ Transit train to NY Penn Station.
