“THE BUSINESS MEETING GONE BAD”
Your International Business Company is exploring a new country to distribute
your product into. Using the information provided, your team will conduct a
business meeting in which all areas of Cultural Business Practices are
demonstrated.
 The role-play will be performed live by your group (groups will be 3-4
people). All group members must be present in the performance.
 The role-play should include both DO’s and Taboos in your business
presentation. The use of humour is encouraged, yet the meeting should
be realistic. It must be clear from the representative country whether
they approve or disapprove of each practice. Props and proper dress
are also encouraged.
 Complete the handout attached to the assignment to guide your work.
 You need to ensure that you create a template for your skit that clearly
outlines who will be saying what.
 Note that your skits should be 5 minutes max in length
