ILLNESS: You are advised that once you enter the examination venue you cannot leave due to
sickness. Examination papers for students who attend all or part of the exam will be marked
accordingly. It is now your decision if you are feeling unwell to leave now and seek advice from
the Student Centre on the possibility of applying for a deferred exam.

on your question paper and other examination materials.

Place your UQ student ID card on the desk in front of you. Raise your hand if you do not have a
current UQ student ID Card.

Unless stated otherwise on the front page of the examination paper no electronic calculation,
storage or communication device (for example, electronic dictionaries, mobile phones,
smartwatches) is permitted in the examination room. If you have brought a mobile telephone into
the room, please turn it off and place it beneath your seat.
If you are wearing a watch, take it off now and place it on your desk for the remainder of the
examination.
At the end of the examination remain seated until all materials have been collected and
accounted for. If you wish to leave the examination prior to the last thirty minutes, raise your
hand and your materials will be collected.
