Daily Services and Capacity Portfolio
This section describes the exchange format for data relating to the Daily Services and Capacity Portfolio, in short
referred to as "PSCJ”.
1. FILE DEFINITION
The Services and Capacity Portfolio is a document specific to a transmission contract. It summarizes the Capacities
and Services subscribed by the holder of the transmission contract.
The PSC allows the shipper to visualize the liberally subscribed Capacities and Services and the administered
allocated Capacities.
The PSC is built around three sections :

An upstream Network Capacities section (contractual points types : PIP, PIR, PITP, PITS and PITTM).

A downstream Network Capacités section (contractuel points type : ZS, PITD, PIRR, PLC, PLCd).

A Services section : Access to the PEGs, Test Service, Short-notice Interruptible Service, ALIZES.
The upstream and downstream Networks sections group for each gas month, the subscribed Capacities, the
acquired or assigned Capacities through a Full Transfer or Transfer of Capacity Right-of-Use, and the Operational
Subscribed Capacities, and finally the UIOLI Capacity that will be billed.
The Services section lists the subscribed Services during the PSC period.
The daily PSC is published the 1st of each gas month for the future month, then during the next full hour after a
new capacity subscription concerning the current month M, the next month M+1 or the past months M-1 to M-n.
