Telecommunications and (BPO) business process outsourcing in Australia, Philippines, India & UK.

Successfully won tenders to take mobile provider Vodafone Australia, Three and iPrimus off shore to the

June 2010, After running my own company for 12 years, now back in the corporate world again as an non-executive
consultant, focusing on improvement process, e-sat, c-sat and SLA’s and business development partnerships in
