I am currently attending De La Salle-College of Saint Benilde in Manila, Philippines eager to work in a
prestigious and well known organization in the United States in the culinary department.
I enjoy cooking and learning new culinary skills. Though most of my experience is in garde manger,
cold prep and soups and sauces, I also enjoy baking and pastry arts. Through my training and work
