Job Title: Reporting to: Direct Reports: ICT Administrator IT Manager None JOB DESCRIPTION The ICT Administrator will be responsible for providing IT support to MJ Quinn staff, working in conjunction with the IT and Asset team members. The role will configure and support the company assets, whilst maintaining accurate Asset tracking databases. Internal training will be provided for company bespoke software as appropriate with the position. Assets refers to all company mobile assets and accessories which includes but is not limited to Mobile handsets and tablets, Tariffs, Licenses, Laptops. Your responsibilities will include; Provide general IT Technical Support to users and devices Liaise with other MJQuinn IT Staff members where general user support issues affect the larger corporate services Work with and Assist the Asset and IT team KEY TASKS/MAIN DUTIES Provide general ICT user support to MJQuinn office based staff – including peripheral support such as printers, and basic application user support including MS Office and Sage applications Hardware support, configuration and deployment – including Smartphones, Tablets, printers and Computers Basic Server Administration – including Active Directory Remote Access support to staff members Voice and Data patch management – including VOIP Phones Travel to MJQuinn Offices when the need requires Advise the company on IT best practices and future trends relating to IT purchases Maintain an accurate and up to date company Asset Inventory utilizing Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Microsoft SharePoint Liaise directly with end users with support enquires To liaise with external agencies and service providers with regards to Technical Support queries, device configuration and to arrange returns under equipment warranties MJ Quinn Integrated Services Ltd | Issue date October 2014 1 Communicate updates to the business where asset developments effect the larger corporate services Setup of Telecommunication and IT assets to within agreed deadlines First point of contact for engineer and staff support with mobile devices Arrange for Recycling of corporate assets to regulatory standards and document safe disposal Employment Specific: Produce all work in line with M J Quinn Integrated Services Ltd’s Quality Standards and use best practice methods.
