Pavilion Hours: 10 am to 12.00 pm Saturday the 15th
9am to 2.00pm Sunday the 16th
The office will be closed: Saturday - 12noon
Sunday - 12noon to 1pm (lunch)
Prize money may be collected between the following hours:
1pm to 2.30pm Sunday the 16th only
(The office will be closed at 3.00 pm sharp Sunday)
Exhibits may be collected between 3.30pm and 6pm Sunday 16th ONLY
A 15% commission will be charged for any sales at the Show
Exhibitor must see Pavilion Steward to arrange sales.

Rules and Regulations
 Please remember when addressing any of our Stewards that they are all
Volunteers. Mr. J. Andrews President Bulli Show Society Inc.
 Any entry not collected by 11 am Monday will be disposed of
 Any exhibit, which received first prize at a previous Bulli Show, is ineligible.
 The committee reserves the right to alter or delete any class.
 The judges reserve the right to reclassify any entry.
 No exhibit will be accepted without entry fee.
 Exhibitors in junior sections may be required to provide proof of age.
 All Exhibits are entered at the exhibitors own risk, the Bulli Show Society
Inc will not under any circumstances hold its self responsible for any loss or
miss delivery of exhibits at the society’ show or for any damage thereto.
 The Society will not be responsible for any damage caused through or by any
exhibit, and it shall be a condition of each entry that each exhibitor shall hold
the Society blameless and indemnify it against any legal proceedings arising
from such an accident.
 Due to limited space, all effort will be made to display all prizewinners and
as many other entries as possible.
 By entering or exhibition in any section of the Society’s 2012 Show you
agree to be bound by these condition

Day to be Submitted Thursday 13th
Exhibitors may not enter more than two entries in each class. All work must be
framed or mounted and prepared for hanging by single wire. Maximum size
(including frame) is 100cm x 100cm. Any exhibit, which received a prize at
previous Bulli Show’s, is ineligible. No wet paintings will be accepted.
A 15% commission will be charged for any sale at the Show.

1. Damage through Exhibits: The Society will not be responsible for any accidents that may be caused through or by any
exhibit, and it shall be a condition of each entry that each exhibitor shall hold the Society blameless and indemnify it against
any legal proceedings arising from such an accident.
2. Persons enter at own risk: All persons enter at their own risk and the Society will not be responsible for any damage
caused, or injuries to, or by any person, whilst competing, or at anytime whilst the persons are within, or upon the lands
owned, or occupied by the Society, and in the event of damage or injury caused by, or to a competitor/person, such
competitor/person shall hold the Society blameless indemnifying it against all legal proceeding arising from such

Children’s Pet Show
Sunday 16 th

This pet show is for Children under 16 years with their Pets only
The children’s pet show is open to animals, birds and reptiles of all shapes,
sizes and colours. All dogs must be on a leash and under control.
The pet show will commence at 11am At the Pet Parade Ring at the northern
end of the Stage
Prizes & ribbons will be awarded in each class.
Entry fee: 50 cents to enter just turn up with your pet on the day by 11am.
