Donations may be made by direct sponsorship or by donating an item to be given out as a drawing prize on the day of the race.
Sponsorship level for donated items will be based on your suggested retail value. Festival will run from 11:30 until 5:00.

All sponsorship forms must be received by April 6th, 2012 to allow for sufficient time to get our event materials printed. If river
conditions on the day of the race do not permit the race to take place safely, the festival will still be held. For questions regarding

* Sponsorships received after the deadline are not guaranteed placement on t-shirts.
Festival vendor spots are available for $25 each (no charge for sponsors donating $250 or more). Vendors are responsible for setup and
cleanup, and must provide their own tables and equipment. A limited number of spots will have electricity available. Family-friendly
products only, please. All vendor signups must be received by April 28, 2012. Contact Bob Bradley for vendor spots.
