DDMO takes medical responsibility for casualty Recover to Guano Jetty, English Bay, or Georgetown Pier, or as directed by emergency services If the casualty has been diving, remind Medical Services NOT to use Entonox Complete BSAC Casualty Assessment form, and record incident and previous dive details Evacuate to Medical Centre or Georgetown Hospital, or as directed If DCI incident and the DDMO advises recompression treatment and aeromedical evacuation of the casualty to a recompression chamber, Ascension Island staff to contact DDMO and UK Aeromedical Evacuation Control Centre to initiate casevac iaw AP 3394 – The RAF Aeromedical Evacuation Service.
