REFERRAL FEE TO STUDENTS
For a one-time initial referral of bringing a new student to the dojo, you will receive a $50 Referral
Fee for new membership per student back to you as credit towards your tuition. Tell your friends,
family and everyone you talk to about your journey in Kyokushin Karate and sign up new students
today! Please inform Shihan of your new student referral at the time of sign up or you will not
receive your referral fee. OSU!
SPECIAL TUITION SAVINGS
We offer a special one year tuition savings of $1500; this special offer is only available for the
months of November/December/January (offer subject to change at any time). Thank you for your

SYLLABUS FOR SALE
Notice to All Members – please purchase for $75 a syllabus which includes a wealth of Kyokushin
knowledge, dojo etiquette, terminology and requirements for Kyu promotion. Please see Shihan

KUMITE! PURCHASE SPARRING GEAR AT DOJO
All Students: kids, juniors and adults, please see Shihan Patrick to purchase sparring gear
(Shihan will let you know the cost). All students will need to have sparring gear in order to
participate in class and will need to bring sparring gear to every class in a gym/sports bag. Please
write name on sparring gear and do not leave your gear in the dojo. Thank you. OSU!
TAMASHIWARI | BOARD BREAKING
Shihan Patrick teaches the art of Tamashiwari in all of our classes at the dojo. We have boards
available for $3 for students to purchase. Student’s names will be written on their respective
boards and stored for the practice of breaking wood. OSU!
MBK IDENTIFICATION # UPON ENTERING THE DOJO
Upon entering the dojo, please enter your membership ID# in the computer to record each
training session. Student ID# is located on the membership card you will receive approximately at
6 months of training (i.e., MBK# 480). If you do not yet have an ID card, please request from
Shihan or Senpai your ID# from the list provided at the dojo. Memorize the number!
