another bad driver, didn’t I?”
14. Says, “What I called up about was a pair of
shoes I left there.”
15. Told Wilson that Gatsby was the owner of the
car that killed Myrtle.
16. Tries to call Daisy and Wolfshiem, but can get
neither of them on the phone.
