road, railway and water pipeline across the narrow Straits of Johor, and separated from

The island of Singapore itself is 42 km long and 23 km wide, with a coastline measuring 138
km. It can be divided into three broad regions; a central hilly region, an area of hills and
valleys in the west, and a relatively flat eastern region.

Sites fronting certain main roads are Prime Sites and the land rents are approximately 10% higher (rounded to the nearest
cent) than equivalent normal site.

Under the Rental Scheme, land rent is payable monthly in advance, and will be revised on an annual basis to the prevailing
JTC rate with a 5.5% escalation cap. The land rent for the further term of 30 years, if any, shall be revised to the prevailing
rate.

Alternatively, under the Purchase Scheme, lessees can opt to pay the land price.

All rates quoted are before prevailing GST of 5%

Lessee shall bear and pay property tax direct to the Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore (IRAS)


Nationals of the Commonwealth Independent States may be granted entry into Singapore without visas if they are on
transit to a third country. However, they are required to fulfil the following conditions:



They are in transit to a third country;
They hold a valid passport, a confirmed onward air-ticket, entry facilities (including visa) to the third country and have
sufficient funds for the period of stay in Singapore;
They continue their journey to the third country within the 96-hour visa free period granted; and
They satisfy Singapore's entry requirements. As in all arrivals, the grant of the social visit passes to travellers will be

Generally, foreigners who do not require visas to enter or visit Singapore may be given up to 30-day social visit
passes upon their arrival in Singapore. Tourists, however, should have valid passports, onward/return tickets,
onward facilities (e.g. visas, entry permit, etc.) to their next destination and sufficient funds for their stay in Singapore.

b) Work Permit
Professional Visit Pass :
S$50 per issue for a period of less than 3 months
S$100 per issue for a 3-month period
S$20 per issue of visa where applicable
For performing artistes, a security bond and deposit of $3000 in the form of Cashier’s Order is required for
each successful applicant.
c) Re-entry Visa
S$50 = 5 years
S$100 = 10 years
S$10 = per year or part thereof
There will be no charge if the child’s name is included in the father’s/mother’s Re-entry Visa
2. Airport Tax
S$21 (if the visitors are in transit for less than 24 hours, they may leave the airport without having to pay the service
charge upon the departure).
