Director, English Programs for Internationals, 1989-Present.
Responsible for supervising 25-30 ESL faculty and 3 staff, recruiting students,
managing the budget, maintaining overall excellence of the program,
and designing/teaching English for Specific Purposes, English Language Teaching
(ELT), and ELT Teacher Training courses. Coordinated self-study for accreditation
by Commission on English Language Program Accreditation (CEA). (EPI is among
first three programs to be accredited in the U.S., December 1999, and one of two in
the nation to receive a full ten years’ accreditation, 2004 – 2014.)
