Statement of Understanding for Appointment as a Warrant Officer
I understand that if I am appointed as a warrant officer in the ARMY NATIONAL
GUARD of the State of Vermont, I must successfully complete warrant officer MOS
certification within two years of the effective date of my appointment unless extended by
the Chief, National Guard Bureau. I also understand that failure to achieve MOS
certification as a specified above will result in withdrawal of my Federal recognition
from the ARNG and my appointment as a Reserve warrant officer of the Army.
