1) Responsible for all aspect of operations maintaining and servicing all existing clients and calling
more prospective customers to increase sales for the whole company.
2) Furnishing effective sales leads correspondence to foreign counterparts via modem.
3) Worked out several logistic inquiries and problems done by foreign counterparts as well as clients.
Accomplishments:




During the initial training in Bahrain, was regarded as the second (2 nd) Best Trainee with a
satisfactory rating of 95 %.
In Jeddah, where the second and the last part of the training was held, was regarded as the Best
Trainee among ten (10) co-trainees gaining an overall General Average of 98%.
After the whole year stay (from Fed’ 92 – Fed’ 93), a new contract was awarded because of good
record and satisfactory performance as far as Sales is concerned.
As the 2nd year contract was undertaken, was awarded as the Best Customer Service
Representative of the company because of the 120% increase in sales. Given this award, lots of
trainings / seminars were lavishly provided. Plus a chance to take an early vacation after 5 months.
