Dear Colleagues,

Please find attached the agenda for the next ODL coordinators meeting on 11 & 12

October. As you will see, a briefing session will be organised for the new projects on the afternoon of the first day. All contractual and administrative issues will be discussed there.

Practical information : please take into account the following points :

1) You will find enclosed the registration form.

Please send it back to Marjorie Saudoyer (m.saudoyer@socrates-youth.be) by 4/10 at the latest so that we can prepare the allocation to groups.

2) Dinner

Do not forget to mention whether you would like to take part in the dinner on Monday evening so that we can confirm the number of persons. Please warn us in the morning if you change your mind concerning your participation, as the restaurant will only open for the group to come.

3) Access to the Conference Centre

Please do not forget to bring with you your invitation to the meeting as you will need it to enter the CCAB (Centre de Conférences Alber Borschette) 36 rue Froissard, for which

« Schumann » is the nearest underground station.

4) We have attached as well a list of hotel you can contact to book a room.

Progress report on the SOCRATES-ODL action and on the new MINERVA action by the ODL team in the Commission (Corinne Hermant, André Richier and Anton Jensen, DG XXII)

11.30 Hand-shake session

This session is a nice way for people to meet each other and to briefly discuss their fields of work through a semi-organised mapping of projects into a series of ‘circles’. This type of session has always been considered as an important event, within project meetings.
