 How long, how well, and in what capacity have you known the applicant?
I have known the applicant for six years in my capacity as Professor an Director of the Electrical Department. I have also taught him
four theory courses, "Introduction to Electrical Engineering", "Programming", "Digital Communications" and "Research
Methodology"
 What are the applicant’s abilities, motivation, and potential for successful graduate study at the degree level
indicated above?
He is intelligent, inquisitive, and yearns to gain an in depth knowledge. With his determination and hard work I have not doubt that
he will be a successful student in your university. During his thesis project he has shown the motivation, intelligence, preserving
nature and analytical aptitude for graduate study and research.
 Please discuss the applicant’s strengths and weaknesses. (Does he/she work well with his/her peers, turn in
assignments on time, follow instructions, work well independently, etc.?) If you need more space, please use the

I find that he is able to grasp concepts rapidly and elucidate them with ease, he is able to correlate huge quantities of data and discern
the underlying information, he is extremely co-operative and posses the capacity to contribute positively while working as part of a
team. I wish to place on record the consistently brilliant academic performance of Mr. Mauricio Muñoz, during his six years of
study. As his performance record, he was in the top 1 in a class of 45 students in my subjects, and is placed on the overall in the top
2 in the program of electrical engineering during his graduate studies. In my view, Mr. Mauricio Muñoz compares exceptionally
with the best among my students. I am sure he will make an outstanding graduate student. I recommend him in the strongest terms
