This 16-hour management course was
developed by The Educational Foundation of
the National Restaurant Association. The text
is ServSafe Essentials, and participants take a
certification exam. Completion of this course
fulfills the Virginia Department of Health
requirements.




Cancellations and refunds permitted through the
day before the first day of class.
Substitutions allowed on or before the first day of
class.

*You may register to take the course online at www.servsafe.com. The
registration fee for the course is $125.00. You must then register with
Virginia Cooperative Extension to take one of the exams scheduled. A
$35.00 exam registration fee applies.
