State of Wisconsin’s purpose of this contract:
Provide a contract that covers a wide variety of planned and unplanned Facilities Maintenance items.
This will save money and labor in the procurement process by consolidating spend with fewer
vendors that can provide complete reporting.
This reporting will allow the State to better negotiate future contracts on these items.
