Primary Function :
Co-ordinate with Unilever concern companies and 3P manufacturers to ensure
Unilever's QA Requirements are properly implemented.
General
:
1. Establish and implement procedures in accordance to the QA guidelines and
policies.
2. Work closely with 3P Manufacturers, Unilever concern companies, suppliers
and logistic partners on the Unilever's QA requirements.
3. Work closely with internal Unilever team in QA, Consumer Affair, Customer
Service, R&D, Supply Chain, Marketing and Sales to ensure product quality is
maintained and ensure smooth QA workflow.
4. Assist in implementation of new quality system required by Unilever or
government agencies.
5. Responsible in ensuring safety, health, environmental and quality compliance a
required by National legislation and Unilever standards.
Specific
:
1. Maintain quality system for managing 3P manufacturers and Unilever concern
companies.
2. Respond to customer's requests, such as issuance of trade inspection, COA and
information declaration.
3. Conduct performance evaluation for 3P manufacturers and Unilever concern
companies and follow up with actions accordingly.
4. Follow up with suppliers, co-packers & logistic partners on quality failure noted,
eg with feedback gathered from the trade.
5. HACCP implementation and reviewing for all local 3P manufacturing sites.
Ensure HACCP the program is fully in line with Unilever's Product Category
GMP.
6. Conduct GMP training at 3P manufacturer's site as and when necessary.
7. Technical visit to local key 3P manufacturer's sites on weekly/ fortnightly basis.
8. Assist in trade inspection.
9. Assist in conducting quality audit when needed.
10. Co-ordinate on verification test for key TPM products on yearly basis to ensure
compliance.
11. Participate in the Unilever Quality Policy Verification Program (regional
auditing).

Parahaemolyticus using TSI slant, Motility Medium at different concentration salt
level, Salmonella using TSI slant, LIA slant, SIM, Indole Test, Urease Test and
Motility test.
