With an exceptional contrast ratio, luminance, and viewing angle, the C3i provides a superior user
experience for medical imaging applications. It also features accelerated hardware rotation for portrait
or landscape mode.

The C3i digital flat-panel display system uses AMLCD (active-matrix liquid crystal display) technology.
AMLCD displays do not degrade over time. The C3i uses state-of-the-art, in-plane switching (IPS)
LCD technology, which provides a distortion-free image over a wide viewing angle. At every location
on the flat-panel display, image sharpness, brightness, and geometry far exceed the quality level of
CRT-based monitors.
All Dome CX flat-panel displays are fully calibrated to the DICOM response curve, and use the CX
display’s embedded sensor to provide continuous luminance stability, and adherence to DICOM
standards. This sensor works with the digital interface board that is built into the back of the Dome CX,
eliminating the need for costly and time-consuming "hands-on" calibration.
The C3i display system is available for Windows® 2000, Windows® XP and Solaris.
