INTRODUCTIONS/ROUTING OF ATTENDANCE LIST/CODE OF ETHICS/REVIEW AGENDA
The Code of Ethics, Anti-Trust & Conflict of Interest (pg. 7 Attendees Guide) were reviewed.
The SSC viewed the PRI anti-trust video. The safety information, including fire exits, was
reviewed.
As Tom Newton has stepped down as SSC Chair, Dale Harmon was approved as the new Chair
at NMC Steering on 20-OCT-2015.
Gary White is now part of the SSC Leadership Team, representing the Americas sector.
Roy Adkins has been reinstated as the HT SSC Task-Group Representative.
Jonathan Gonzalez is now the MMM SSC Task-Group Representative.
Eric Jacklin is now the CP SSC Task-Group Representative.
David Sherrill is now the M&I SSC Task-Group Representative.

MINUTES
The minutes of the June 2015 Nadcap meeting in Montreal were approved.

AWARDS & RECOGNITION
Dale Harmon was honored with an award for attendance at 50 consecutive meetings.
David Michaud was honored with an award for his service to the SSC and Nadcap.
Tom Newton was honored with an award for his service to the SSC and Nadcap.

All attendees were given the opportunity to learn about four of the SSC Sub-Teams; SSC Task
Group Representatives, Flow down, Supplier Helpdesk and Communications with an opportunity
to get involved with current projects.

Question: Is the audit feedback available to the SSC?

Suggestion: Improve the visibility of the presentations by changing to stadium seating

Response: There are metrics being developed for measuring the performance of the
Mentoring Program, but at this time there is not sufficient data to draw any
conclusions. Once sufficient data is compiled, it will be reported.
Question: Is there anything PRI or the SSC can do to help market the suppliers?

Response: Unfortunately, limitation in configuration of meeting rooms
Question: Are there any metrics on the performance of the SSC Mentoring Program?

Response: This is data meant for the TG and is not currently available to the SSC
Response: There is some information on the PRI website on how to market your
company’s Nadcap accreditation.
