Come now Andrea Brazee Erle, Delosse Brazee III, and Buddy G. Brazee, being the
only living children of Donna Darlene Brazee, a widow, now deceased, and, having been
duly sworn upon their oath, to tell the truth , the whole truth, and nothing but the truth,
allege and state as follows:
That Donna Darlene Brazee, died, on or about September 11, 2002, as a resident of the
town of Nicoma Park, Oklahoma County, Oklahoma, under Social Security # 442-344446 (See copy of Death Certificate attached), that she left no written will and no unpaid
debts, estate or inheritance taxes, and there has been no administration of her estate.
That said Andrea Brazee Erle, Delosse Brazee III and Buddy G. Brazee, are the only
children born to their mother, the said Donna Darlene Brazee, now deceased.
That said Donna Darlene Brazee died while seized of the following mineral interest:
An undivided 29.45438 net mineral acres in and under Lot 3, Lot 4 and the E/2
SW/4 of Section 7-Township 15 North-Range 16 West of ________County, Texas
That in order to clarify the succession in interest to this mineral acreage, and to any other
property, real or personal, that was owned by said Donna Darlene Brazee at the time of
her death, the undersigned parties hereby grant, bargain, sell, quit-claim and crossconvey, each one, jointly and severally, unto the others, said mineral interest and any
other property, real or personal, of which Donna Darlene Brazee was seized at the time of
her death, in the following proportions:
Andrea Brazee Erle -
1/3rd
Delosse Brazee, III -
1/3rd
Buddy G. Brazee -
1/3rd
This Affidavit may be executed in counterparts all of which shall be taken together and
considered to be a single instrument. In witness whereof, the above-named Affiants have
