Please complete this form electronically. All fully completed booking requests must be emailed to
devex@aviationaustralia.aero no later than 7 days from the requested examination date. One booking form per date.
All fields must be completed or the form will not be processed.
Once scheduled, you will receive a confirmation email with booking details and total cost. Examination/Essay costs
are $130 per hour (or part thereof) and must be paid prior to examination sitting. Examination/Essay cannot be
undertaken until full payment has been received. Proof of payment will be required to enter the examination.
All results will be processed and relevant certificates posted within the timeframes below:
Examinations - 15 working days from the exam date, Essays - 30 working days from the essay date.
