Submit the critiqued resume AND updated final resume with this tracking sheet before your panel exit interview. □ Reflection Paper: (12 point font, double-spaced, 1 inch margins with name and ID on top right) Upon completing your workshops, resume, TypeFocus (MBTI), and engagement hours, write a professional and concise 2-3 page reflection paper sharing your personal leadership growth and understanding over the course of the TLC program. This reflection will be the platform for your exit interview and will be read by your panel beforehand. To help you start, consider the following questions: A. How has your idea of leadership has been influenced as a result of the program? What did you learn about yourself as a result of the TLC? What specifically had the most impact on you? How have your personal and career goals, been influenced by the program? B. What did you learn from the TLC workshops, engagement hours, resume, and TypeFocus that you did not know before? How have you implemented these into your life? For example, what has improved or changed in your work, school, home, or in your community? □ Exit Panel Interview: (Fall 2013 graduates must schedule by November 1st, Spring 2014 by March 28th.) As the final component, you will have an exit panel interview to articulate your experiences in a practice job interview.
