June 21 to Tuesday, June 22, 2010
. This year’s conference will be held in Yarmouth,
Massachusetts on Cape Cod at the beautiful Red Jacket Beach Resort located directly on the oceanfront. Cape Cod provides a perfect setting for the Patriot conference which is renowned for our high quality training sessions, interactive sessions for product enhancements, exciting social events and numerous recreational activities.
This conference will enable our client staffs to meet directly with key Patriot staff members for both group and topical breakout training sessions as well as interact with other Patriot clients to exchange ideas. All Patriot clients and users with current support and maintenance are welcome to all of the complimentary sessions.
We look forward to welcoming back all of our old friends as well as meeting new friends at the conference on Cape Cod.

9:30am – 9:45am Welcome Remarks
Brief opening remarks and a question and answer session with the principals of Patriot
Properties. Come prepared with your questions and hear answers directly from the Patriot ownership team.
9:45am – 11:30pm A Review of the Property Record Card
This session will include a complete review of the Patriot property record card from A to
Z. Mark Harrell and Wayne Peterson will go over the record card in detail and outline all of the fields, data elements and calculations that are on the property record card. This session will be interactive and open to questions on all aspects of the Patriot data fields and calculations.
11:30am – 12:00pm AssessPro 5.0 The Next Generation of Patriot CAMA
This session will be a brief presentation and introduction to AssessPro 5.0 which is the next generation of Patriot CAMA software that utilizes Microsoft.NET framework and is in the final stages of development. Jim McCathern and Mark Harrell will present the features and benefits of the new system, give an update on the development status of the product and discuss future licensing of the product.
12:00pm – 1:15pm Lunch
Enjoy a delicious buffet lunch with the Patriot staff and other Patriot clients and users.
1:15pm – 1:45pm GIS Viewer Update
Jim McCathern will present a demonstration of our GIS Viewer which has undergone significant functional enhancements over the last year including improved integrations with iLOOKABOUT and Pictometry.
1:45pm – 2:15pm iLOOKABOUT Imagery Integration
Patriot business partner iLOOKABOUT will have representative presenting the latest in street level imagery.
2:15pm - 3:00pm Pictometry Licensing and Integration
Representatives of Pictometry, a Patriot business partner will show the latest Pictometry oblique imagery technology as well as discuss their state contract with the
Commonwealth of Massachusetts. This contract may enable our clients to get Pictometry installed in their jurisdiction at no charge.
3:30pm – 5:00pm Beverages and hors d'oeuvres.
Unwind after a busy day with refreshments and light food with our staff and other clients and users.

Breakout sessions will run concurrent with the scheduled sessions. This will allow all attendees to spend time with the Patriot staff individually or in small groups for instruction on any aspects of AssessPro. Individual sessions may also be scheduled for the following day. The Patriot staff will also be available to schedule state specific sessions on the morning following these presentations which is Tuesday 6/22/10.
Patriot business partners ESRI, Pictometry, iLOOKABOUT, and CDM will also have staff on hand for individual afternoon sessions. They will also have hand out materials available regarding their products and services.
