EXECUTIVE SESSION - 37 Motion made by Michael Hatton and seconded by Don Heine that the Board go into Executive Session to discuss the following business, for the following reasons and under the following exceptions to KRS 61.810: 1) To deliberate on the future sale or acquisition of real property pursuant to KRS 61.810(1)(b) because publicity created if the matter is discussed in open session would be likely to affect the value of the property under consideration; Executive Session cont’d 2) To hear a report from the attorney for the board on pending and proposed litigation pursuant to KRS 61.810(1) (c) because the discussion in open session would be a waiver of the attorney/client privilege and have an adverse effect on said litigation. Motion carried. RETURN TO REGULAR SESSION - 38 Motion made by Michael Hatton and seconded by Don Heine that the Board return to regular session. Motion carried.
