Call meeting to order.
Approve the minutes of previous meetings.
Approve the treasurer report.
Review and approve the payment of bills.
Consider/approve purchasing control cabinets.
Consider/approve purchasing control cabinets internal electronic components.
Consider/approve stainless steel backing plates for grinder basins.
Consider/approve transferring excess monies from the Replacement Fund to the Subsystem
Maintenance and Replacement Fund.
Discuss other business to be brought forth for future meetings.
