Please talk over the matters you want to put in the report with the student before
he/she leaves the placement. This is a helpful part of the learning process.

The completed report should be sent to either The Director of Mission and
Pastoral Studies (for Anglican ordinands and Independent students) or The
Pastoral Studies Tutor of the Wesley Study Centre (for Methodist ordinands),
Cranmer Hall, St John's College, Durham, DH1 3RJ, as soon as possible after
the placement.

It will then be discussed in a tutorial with the student in College.

