 Think of a product or service that you have had a problem with (or you can come
up with one) but it must be of appropriate nature
 Using the business letter format:
 your name & address
 date
 the company’s name & address – can make this up
 greeting (for ex. Dear Customer Service,)

1. state something positive about the company or the product
