Move-In/Move Out
Exhibit set-up will be Thursday February 4th (3:00pm-8900pm) and Friday
February 5th (7:00am-12:00pm). Tear down of exhibits must be completed by
10:00pm Saturday February 6th. No exhibitor will be permitted to dismantle their
booth prior to 5:00pm on the 6th.

Play It Again Sports representatives will walk through the completed Trade Show
exhibits. Play It Again Sports reserves the right to approve, disapprove or request
the removal of any merchandise or items that are not part of the approved
merchandise/product lines. Exhibitors need not be present during Play It Again
Sports' review of exhibits.
Exhibit Space
Assignment
Booth assignments will be sent to exhibitors by the Play It Again Sports buying
group. Decorator and drayage information will be included in your Exhibitor Kit.
To the best of our ability, we will group like suppliers in the same exhibit areas
(fitness equipment in one section, golf in another section, etc.). Late registration
will lessen your chances of being in the appropriate section on the Trade Show
floor.
Booth Rental Fee
The booth rental fee is $1,500.00 per booth if contract and payment are received
by January 8, 2016. After January 8th, booth fee is $1,700.00. This rental fee
INCLUDES CARPETING in your booth(s). In addition to carpeting, the booth
rental fee includes: a 10’x10’ exhibit space, one (1) draped 6 ft. table, two (2)
chairs, wastebasket, draped back wall and side wall, company identification sign
and general area security.
We will again be offering a special purchase deal on booths  BUY THREE (3) BOOTHS, GET ONE (1) FREE! 
PAYMENT FOR EXHIBIT SPACE RENTAL MUST ACCOMPANY YOUR
CONTRACT.
Name Badges
Name badges for those individuals working in your booth will be available for pick
up on show site at the Registration Desk located at the Convention Center.
Everyone in your booth will require a name badge on Friday, Saturday and
Sunday. It serves as your identification to gain access into the exhibit area for
set-up and the Trade Show. A Badge Request Form is included in this packet
and must be completed with all names of those attending.
The Badge Request Form must be received by Wednesday January 27, 2016 in
order to process badges prior to the show.
Name badges are required at all times and are necessary for admission into the
exhibit areas during set-up and show times. Security will refuse access to all
without badges.
Order Forms
As requested by franchisees, we are again asking that all vendors have multiple
copy order forms at their booths. This will allow each franchisee to receive a
signed copy of their order.
Service Contractor
The official service contractor chosen by Play It Again Sports is Brede Exposition
Services. A customer service representative will be located at the service desk
inside the exhibit hall to answer questions and to assist you with your exhibit.
Information regarding the rental of additional electrical, furniture, floral displays
and drayage will be included in your Exhibitor Kit. This kit will be sent to you by
Brede Exposition Services following Play It Again Sports' receipt of your
contract and payment.
Shipping
Please follow the instructions for shipping your product and displays to Phoenix
closely. Within your Exhibitor Kit you will find all needed information for shipping,
storage and transfer. Please call Brede Exposition Services directly with any
shipping questions. Do not ship goods directly to the convention center as
you risk loss of materials. You will be responsible for any additional costs
incurred by sending shipments directly to the hotel. Play It Again Sports will not
be held responsible for lost shipments.

Security
The Phoenix Convention Center employs security to monitor the general grounds.
Play It Again Sports will hire additional security overnight to patrol our exhibit
areas. If you feel that you require additional security within your booth and/or for
your display, it is your responsibility to hire additional security. You may
request a list of approved security companies from Becca Colling.
Cancellations
Notification of cancellation must be submitted in writing and received in our office
no later than Monday January 11, 2016. After January 11th refunds, minus an
administration fee of $400.00, will be processed and mailed to you after the Trade
Show.

or double occupancy.
The room block at the hotel is very limited so the sooner you make your reservation the more
likely you'll be to get our discounted rate.

Play It Again Sports will be holding a Franchisee/Vendor Networking Reception at
the Renaissance Phoenix Downtown Hotel immediately following the show on
Saturday. Be sure to join us for this complimentary event.
Please Note
The Play It Again Sports 2016 Winter Trade Show is closed and private and is not
open to the public. Only approved vendors are allowed to exhibit pre-approved
products. Admittance into the Trade Show is reserved for franchisees and
operators of Play It Again Sports stores and pre-approved vendors only. Please
do not invite vendors, clients, business associates, etc. to attend this show
without prior approval from Play It Again Sports.
