PhD. FERIT BALLA
Born in Elbasan, R.Albania, 17.08.1949, Married and a father of two
children.
From 1963-1967, I finished secondary economy education in Tirana, course
accountability and finance. I graduated as economist and accountant.
From 1968-1971, I worked in financial sector of a wood combine in Tirana.
From 1972-1976, I gained the title economist and accountant.
From 1981, I finished high educational course in Economical Politics in a
Party school in Tirana.
From 1983-1986, I passed post university exams for English language,
Philosophy and Accountability.
From 1989, under the guidance of lecturer Lefter Krici, in front of scientific
Council of the Faculty of Economy, I defended the scientific topic “For
more rational organization of accountability and argument it in front of
institutions and Ministry of Internal Affairs”.
From 1989, I gained the title candidate of Economic Sciences.
From 2005,I gained the title PhD of Economic Sciences.
From 1989-1994,I was a lecturer in the Academy of the Ministry of Internal
Affairs, the subject Theory of Accounting
From 1976-1990, I worked in economic and financial sector in the Ministry
of Internal Affairs in Korca, in the Guards of Republic of Albania in Tirana,
in the Ministry of Internal Affairs, Tirana.
From 1991-1993, I was a director in Economic directive in Informative
National Service.
From 1992, I gained the Military Rank Colonel.
From 1993-1996 I was employed as a shipper in the firm Paponia in Vienna,
Austria.
From 1998-2001, I worked as a businessman of electronics, as a partner in
the firm Pacific as a partner with two Greeks in Tirana and Athens.
From 2001, I created the firm Albpaper 02 in Tirana as my own private
business and a studio for accountability where I work.
From 2001, I was a lecturer in Faculty of Economy in subject Theories of
Accountability
From 2002-2005,I was a lecturer of the subject Financial accountability in
University of Elbasan.
