Cadets DeAndrea Hoeffner, and Issac Vermillion. Please welcome them to our unit. We have a few more joining our ranks in the coming months. Remember Headquarters started the “Three for Free.” Recruit three in a year and get a training for free. 2. ATTENDANCE – Starting 01 January your attendance will be reviewed quarterly instead of annually. NSCC Regulations state that you must attend 75% of all scheduled drills. That is four of six drills per quarter. If you do not meet this minimum standard, SPONSORED BY THE GREENSBORO COUNCIL OF THE NAVY LEAGUE OF THE UNITED STATES http://www.seacadets.org you will be administratively warned. If you continue to fail to meet minimum attendance standards, you will be discharged from the NSCC/NLCC. 2. SUPPLY – We are in the process of shifting to the Service Dress Whites. Our new Recruits will have priority in getting uniforms. We are also trying to shift to the NWU (Navy Working Uniforms) to replace the old BDU’s. That is still our primar y uniform if you do not have your NWU’s yet. NSCC will be getting the NWU and the NLCC will stay with the BDU’s. We will doing more fund raising to fund more of these shifts. We are also trying to fund PT gear. 3. COURSES - All Cadets are required to complete the courses. You are required to complete the course that is required of you. A reminder to those Cadets who have successfully completed Recruit Training: your advancement to E-2 will be delayed until you complete the BMR. Please e-mail the Training Officer if you have any questions. 4. INCREASE YOUR KNOWLEDGE - Find out everything you wanted to know about the U. S.
