CJ 211 Court Observation Questions
1. What courtroom were you in and who was the judge?
2. What was your first impression as you walked into the courtroom?
3. Describe the courtroom atmosphere so someone who was not there can
“see it.”
4. Did anything happen that seemed especially fair or unfair? Explain.
5. Describe in some detail one of the matters that came before the judge.
You are to turn in two papers covering your two court experiences. Each paper
is to be a minimum of 600 words in length. Note the word count at the bottom of
your paper.
