 It is a leading food processing industry involved in processing foods, flour milling &
roasting as well as packing.
 The two plants i.e. Ready to Eat (RTE) powder & khichdi plant and Grain processing
plant are fully established & controlled under automation through latest PLC & drives
system & instrument.
 It has acquired & maintaining the certification for ISO 22000 for FSMS.
JOB PROFILE
 Maintenance of packing machines, pneumatic conveying system and MCC PANEL.
 Supervising the functions of troubleshooting & predictive / preventive maintenance for
identifying areas of obstructions and reducing machinery downtime to minimum.
 Maintaining spare parts planning and & inventory control.
 Instrumentation calibration, engineering, testing, installation and commissioning for
Process Plants.
 Involved in installation, calibration, trouble shooting and predictive & preventive
maintenance of process instruments and having complete Automation GE Fanuc PLC
based.
 Monitoring the implementation & commissioning of Electrical Systems, conducting tests
to ensure operational efficiencies of equipments.
PROJECTS UNDERTAKEN
 Minor Project: Automatic Temperature Controller
Function: To control the temperature automatically between two set points using thermister.
 Major Project: Water Level Controlling & Monitoring System
Function: Controlling the level of water while monitoring as well with microcontroller.
TRAININGS UNDERTAKEN
 Summer Training from Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited (BHEL), Bhopal (15 days
August, 2010).
 Having 30 days industrial training for maintenance & operation of automation panel,
servo drive, AC drive, PLC troubleshooting & I/O logic system from AI Automation
Private Limited (July, 2011).
