4) Proof of the 2012 CIRCUIT HERO 500 and 2013 Pan Delta Super Racing Festival Reports
5) A letter on the official headed paper of the newspaper, magazine, team, website, and radio or TV
station confirming the request for accreditation for the 2013 CIRCUIT HERO 500
