I am so sorry, you guys, but I've been down all weekend with a horrible cold, and I have almost
completely lost my voice.
I'm cancelling class today, and giving you a two-part assignment instead. You may do these whenever
you choose, but please bring your two quiz results to class next week on 3/7.
ASSIGNMENT PART ONE:
A Blog Comment post! You guys did so great with last week's assignment, i'm asking you to do another on a
work-related topic. First, read up in your local newspaper about what's going on in Wisconsin at the state
capital between the governor and labor unions. I've put links to several articles below...read any two of these,
and write approximately a 100-word response (1-2 paragraphs) in the Comment Thread below (just click on

Library Basics tutorial - This is a basic 30 minute intro to our library resources here at SJSU, followed
by a graded quiz. You will login with your student ID and email, proceed through the tutorial, and then
take the final quiz. Email your quiz score to yourself, print it out, and bring it to class next week. (3/7)
