At least 50 percent of credits required in the major must be completed at Concordia. 3. No grade below a "C" will be counted toward completion of a major or minor. 4. There are slight variations in course requirements depending upon a student's major or degree in process. Contact Concordia University at (800)-321-9371 for major specific requirements that can be obtained at the community college level. 5. Quarter credits transfer at two-thirds credit, i.e., 90 quarter credit = 60 semester credits (junior class standing). Concordia University accepts the Associate of Arts Oregon Transfer degree as meeting general education requirements except for religion and upper division general education. However, the Oregon Transfer degree does not meet major or GPA requirements for all majors. All coursework must be completed with a "C" or higher grade. This guide is subject to change and should not be regarded as a contract between Concordia and students attending Clackamas Community College.
