sent out regularly and are intended to alert your services to the numerous

What's happened:
We are recalling Baby's first book (boys edition) Cloth Book as small parts
have been found in UK editions sold between August 2008 - December 2009,
presenting a choking hazard to children under 3 years old. The small parts
are caused by the dinosaur spots coming away on the fifth page of the title
due to the stitching perforating the shiny plastic green fabric.
As we take the safety of our customers children very seriously, we are asking
you to discontinue use immediately.
The Batches affected are one with no batch number on the tag, which was
available on the market between August 2008 - December 2009, and Batch
90594 which was available on the market between August 2009 December
2009.
What you should do:
To identify which products are affected the relevant Batch number can be
found on the bottom of the packaging on the top line, reading JFMAMJJ
SOND/09 90594
It can also be found on the tag of the cloth book on the very bottom line
reading 90594
The batch where no number appears on the tag looks as follows:

Consumers should immediately take the recalled book away from children and
contact HarperCollins Distributors for instructions on returning the book and
being supplied with the new edition.

Karbon Kinetics Ltd Gocycle - safety notice

Safety Notice: Bottom Bracket Spindle
Karbon Kinetics Ltd (KKL), manufacturers of the Gocycle® electric bicycle has
issued a required inspection notice relating to the bottom bracket spindle of
Gocycles with the following frame numbers: 301-3100, 3501-3600, 40014100, 4501-4600.
The bottom bracket spindle is the axle that connects the left and right pedal
cranks. A limited number of the bottom bracket spindles within the frame
numbers listed, may not meet minimum component life standards and during
normal use, the pedal crank arm could suddenly and unexpectedly rotate to its
lowest position, freely and independently from the opposite-side pedal crank
arm. This could result in a loss of control of the bicycle and poses a potential
fall hazard to the rider.
Action Required
Gocycles with frame numbers listed should be inspected as shown in Figure
1.

If the bolts are blue (indicated by red arrow in Figure 1), no further action is
required and the Gocycle is not affected. If the bolts are silver, the Gocycle
should be taken to a Gocycle Dealer for a bottom bracket spindle
replacement. The replacement will be performed under warranty by the
dealer, free of charge. (NOTE: Customers are advised that this replacement
can only be performed at participating Gocycle Dealers, indicated in green on
the dealer map at www.gocycle.com/map). Contact the Gocycle Dealer
nearest you to arrange a replacement, if required.

MIELE analyses data from the marketplace on a regular basis. From this
information it has been noticed that HOT WATER/FOAM may suddenly
escape through the detergent dispenser drawer under a certain combination
of conditions in the KITCHEN LINEN programme on commercial washerextractors from the PW 6055 and PW 6065 series produced since November
30, 2009.
Affected machines can be identified as follows: The model range is indicated
on the fascia panel (left-hand side). The dataplate is located on the inner door
face. Relevant aspects are in bold type.

Braun Satin Hairdryers - recall
The following notice has been issued by the manufacturer:
Braun Satin Pro and Braun Satin Hair Colour Hairdryers
Voluntary Product Recall
As a precautionary measure, Braun is voluntarily recalling Braun Satin Pro
and Braun Satin Hair Colour Hairdryers produced between April 2007 and
November 2008. No other hairdryers or appliances are affected, so
consumers can continue to use them with confidence.
This recall is being initiated because a small number of these hairdryers have
failed to meet Braun’s quality standards and present a safety risk if not used
according to the usage instructions. In particular, there is a small risk that the
affected hairdryer may short-circuit, over-heat and start burning if left plugged
in, in a very humid environment, even when switched off.
Therefore, after confirming that they have an affected hairdryer, consumers
are asked to immediately unplug the hairdryer and to not use it any further.
The Braun hairdryers being recalled have the Product Type number "3549"
and Production Codes from "701" to "852". The Product Type number is
printed on the hairdryer handle, and the Production Code is printed on the
inlet grid which can be found after removing the protection filter at the rear of
the appliance.

Cosatto Stratford Cot Bed - safety notice
The following notice has been issued by the manufacturer:

PRODUCT SAFETY ENHANCEMENT NOTICE
COSATTO STRATFORD COT BED
We have developed a safety enhancement device for a version of our
Stratford Cot Bed made between 2005 and 2009. This will take the form of a
simple component that can be fitted at home, which improves the security of
the cot bed if it is moved or lifted for any reason.
Due to the two piece cot bed end construction, it is possible to create a gap
between the lower and upper cot bed leg sections, with the possibility of injury
to parent or child. It is also possible that, in some cases, partial disassembly
of the drop side mechanism may occur, rendering the cot bed unsafe.
If you think you own a Cosatto Stratford Cot bed, in either white or nut finish,
please check the Product Description Label as shown in the picture. Then
check the Date Code Label to see if your cot bed is affected. You will find
these labels on the mattress base slats.

The only versions affected have Date Code Labels dated from 01/09/2005 to
18/03/2009 (inclusive) and were sold by high street retailers and outlets
throughout the UK and Ireland.

Sony Colour CRT TVs - recall
The manufacturer has issued the following notice:
Notice and request to our customers using colour CRT TV
In Sony colour CRT TVs manufactured before the end of 1990, a particular
inner component has been found in some cases to suffer age deterioration
following very long term usage and thus overheat. This overheating may, in
rare cases, cause the component to catch fire and result in a burn to the TV
set, and possible damage to surrounding property.
In light of the above, we would like to ask you to stop using the more than 20
year old TV models in the attached list. [see below]

Information Center in your country.
To dispose of a colour CRT TV covered by this notice, please take it to an
appropriate collection point for the recycling of electrical equipment. For more
detailed information, please contact your household waste disposal service. If

Proteam UK Ltd has decided to recall the Yellowstone 2 Persons Pop Up
Tent.

This recall relates only to the Yellowstone 2 Persons Pop Up Tent as pictured.
No other Yellowstone branded product is affected by this recall.
We have received one complaint relating to the ventilation of Yellowstone 2
Person Pop Up Tent and have identified that the single skin wall on this tent is
not a breathable fabric.
Therefore as a precautionary measure, Proteam UK Ltd have decided to
withdraw this product from sale.
Owners of the Yellowstone 2 Person Tent are asked to stop using the tent
immediately and return the tent to the retailer for a full refund.
