#1 - Sunday, February 23rd ORIENTATION

- Miss Carlsbad Pageant
Pageant Contestant field trip. 5:00 – 9PM
Tickets are $6 and we will be attending with the current 2013 Court.
We will be carpooling from Poway – drivers will be needed
#2 - Sunday, March 2nd ORIENTATION & REHEARSAL
1:00-3:00pm
Review paperwork, ad campaign and competition categories
Sign up for Contestant Pot Luck to be held March 16th
Saturday, March 8th. - Miss El Cajon Pageant
Pageant Contestant Field Trip. Time and Place - TBA
#3 - Sunday, March 9th
REHEARSAL
1:00-3:00pm
Start to learn opening number routine, answer questions about contestant Bios,
walking coach, pageant forms and ad sponsorship forms
Tuesday, March 11th - Mia Bella Dress Trunk Show - 5-9pm
Saturday, March 15th - Nordstrom's Make-up Day
Saturday, March 15th - Miss Valley Center Pageant
Tuesday, March 18th - Pageant Program Photo shoot 4-9pm
Wednesday, March 19th - Photo shoot make-up and queens - 4-9pm
#4 - Sunday, March 16th
REHEARSAL & POTLUCK
1:00-3:00pm
Contestant and Parent Potluck, opening number rehearsal, pick contestant numbers,
tickets for pageant passed out

Practice opening number, receive your "Brave" question, learn Ball Gown walk
DEADLINE FOR: AD SPONSORSHIP MONEY AND ADS
DEADLINE FOR: ONE MINUTE JUDGES SPEECH
#7 - Sunday, April 6th
REHEARSAL
1:00-3:00pm
Practice; opening number, "Brave" questions, speech,
impromptu questions and must have all outfits approved
#8 - Sunday, April 13th
REHEARSAL
1:00-3:00pm
Practice, practice, practice
#9 - Thursday, April 17th* or Friday, April 18th* REHEARSAL - Mandatory
5:00-9:00pm
Final dress rehearsal!! Practice, practice, practice!! Dinner will be provided….

All rehearsals are at the Poway Community Center, Bill Bond Room
