Description :
The screen-like discs consist of a
synthetic backing, coated with resin and silicon carbide mineral.
3M Brand Sanding Screens are
available in a variety of mineral
grades and sizes.
Special Features :
 Strong synthetic fibre provide
excellent durability.
 Uniform, open screen construction for low loading.
 Silicon carbide mineral for effective abrasive performance.
 Used dry on wood or wet on
stone floor.
 Used on both sides.
Directions for Use :
1. Place screen on floor.
2. Use a thick line Scotch-Brite
floor pad on top of screen as a
drive pad.
3. Place ordinary rotary floor machine (175 - 300 rpm) equipped
with Insta-Lok brand assembly
on top of the pad and screen.
4. Operate machine in a normal
manner
Maintenance :
Shake dust out of screen after each
use when used in dry conditions.
Wash screens with water after each
use if used in wet conditions and
let dry.
Product Characteristics :
Colour: Black disc, with white
print.
Standard sizes: from 302 mm to
604 mm diameter disc.
Grades: 60, 80, 100, 120, 150.
Packaging and marking :
10 discs per box
1 box per case.
Each box is marked with product
name, size and mineral grade.
Each screen is marked with the
product trade name and mineral
grade.
Origin :
Made in USA.
Where and When to Use :
For refinishing wood gymnasium
floors and racquetball courts at
schools or sport facilities.
For preparing concrete, or other
stone floors for coating or recoating using conventional sealers,
finishes or crystallisation chemicals.
