QUALIFYING IS EASY
Purchase Qualifying Products between
October 1, 2015 and April 30, 2016
Achieve a Qualifying Base Rebate of at least $200
and automatically qualify at the Partner Level
Each Qualifying Product has been assigned a base rebate
dollar amount
To view the base rebate dollar amounts by product,
reference Table 1 on the reverse side of this sheet
Your Qualifying Rebate Level (Partner, Silver, Gold, Platinum
and Diamond) determines your rebate savings on all
Qualifying Product Purchases made between January 1, 2016
and December 31, 2016
REDEMPTION IS SIMPLE
No forms are required to redeem rebates
Rebate values are automatically determined based on your
Qualifying Product purchases made through a Syngenta
Authorized Distributor
Program Participants will receive two rebate payments:
Rebates earned between January 1, 2016 and April 30, 2016
(the “Early Order Period,” or “EOP”) will be paid on or about
July 31, 2016
Rebates earned from purchases made between May 1, 2016 and
December 31, 2016 will be paid on or about March 31, 2017

easy-to-use online rebate calculator at www.PestPartners365.com/calculator. These tools will allow you to develop purchase scenarios
to determine your maximum savings potential specific to your business needs.

Use Table 1 to determine your Qualifying Rebate Level and EOP Rebate estimate for 2016 yearlong savings.
Qualifying Base Rebate = Qualifying Base Rebate ($) x Purchase Quantity
Qualifying Base Rebate Total = Sum of values in Qualifying Base Rebate column
EOP Rebate Estimate** = Qualifying Base Rebate Total x Qualifying Level Multiplier

Use your Qualifying Base Rebate Total to determine your Qualifying Rebate Multiplier in Table 2.
SAMPLE CALCULATION
A Pest Management Professional (PMP) earns a Qualifying Base Rebate Total of $650 during the EOP, which places his or her company
at the Silver Qualifying Rebate Level. To determine the EOP Rebate Estimate, he or she would use the following equation and the
Qualifying Rebate Multiplier value from Table 2:
EOP Rebate Estimate = Qualifying Base Rebate Total ($650) x Qualifying Rebate Multiplier (1.2) = EOP Rebate Estimate** of $780
The Qualifying Rebate Level and Qualifying Rebate Multiplier earned during the EOP will be used for Qualifying Product purchases
for the rest of the Program Year.

*Purchases of these Qualifying Products by Program Participants who participate in both
PestPartners 365 and GreenTrust™ 365 will be used to qualify for both programs. However,
Program Participants will only receive a rebate payment from one program based on the
higher rebate level achieved in either PestPartners 365 or GreenTrust 365, as determined
by Syngenta.
**Qualifying Product purchases made during the Fall Order Period
(October 1 – December 31, 2015) count towards 2016 PestPartners 365 program
qualification only. No rebates will be paid on such purchases.
