PHYSICAL EDUCATION 1101 Aerobic Fitness Lab I 1 credit hour This is an information sheet only, not the course syllabus. COURSE DESCRIPTION Aerobic training and strength training are emphasized in a personally designed fitness program that uses target heart rate and training zone techniques. Weight machines and cardiovascular machines are used in an activity program designed to develop three important results of physical fitness: strength, flexibility and endurance.
